The Marquardt Group, LLC was formed in order to serve our clients with various commercial real estate needs through a local family firm. All of our brokers have come from large brokerages houses and  focus on working with clients to develop their real estate profiles throughout North Carolina. 

Our team consists of brokers with an array of commercial real estate capabilities from lease and sale representation to consulting. We strive to provide our clients with a direct line of contact to our brokers at all times to serve our clients of various sizes.
