Meet Dan Marquardt

Dan Marquardt is a strategic partner in commercial real estate, advising clients of all sizes and industries.

His clients' repeat business and referrals are a testament to his intentional approach to provide the best guidance and steer clear of self-serving deals. People call Dan a responsive, straightforward communicator.

Earlier in his career, Dan worked as an engineer in space propulsion and military jet engines for Pratt and Whitney. So he knows that commercial real estate is not rocket science! However, it does require an understanding of the market, the ability to analyze financials, and significant networking to know the key players in the market.

Dan says his:

  • MBA (real estate/entrepreneurship) from UNC’s Kenan Flagler Business School and plenty of experience have prepared him to work with a variety of clients.
  • Undergraduate mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University taught him to be a systematic problem solver.
  • Experience as a pilot reinforced clear communication skills and situational awareness.

Dan is a licensed NC real estate broker with a CCIM designation. While his focus is on the North Carolina market, the CCIM network enables him to help clients with commercial real estate needs in any area of the US.

He has lived in Raleigh, NC, for over two decades and wouldn’t have it any other way. He and his family – wife Jessica and daughters Grace and Liz – love the Triangle and all it has to offer.
